PIK3CAH1047R DNA in colorectal cancer (CRC) cell‐derived exosomes can be delivered into recipient fibroblasts, where it is transcribed and translated, leading to the activation of fibroblasts into cancer‐associated fibroblasts, which secrete elevated levels of IL6. The simultaneous detection and targeting of PIK3CAH1047R mutation and IL6 may serve as a

In vitro labeling of β-apolipoprotein with 3H or 14C and preliminary application to turnover studies
3-H- or 14C-labeled methyl groups were introduced into apolipoproteins of human and pig low density lipoproteins (LDL). 98% of the label was recovered in the apoprotein of radiomethylated LDL.

Hydrogen‐Producing Catalysts Based on Ferredoxin Scaffolds
Selected plant‐type ferredoxins that lack their natural [2Fe‐2S] clusters functionally bind a hydrogenase active site cofactor and act as hydrogenases themselves. In combination with photosystem I, the light‐dependent H₂ evolution almost matches the H₂ production rates of the natural system.

Serum extracellular vesicle depletion processes affect release and infectivity of HIV-1 in culture
Extracellular vesicles (EVs) are involved in intercellular communication and affect processes including immune and antiviral responses. Blood serum, a common cell culture medium component, is replete with EVs and must be depleted prior to EV-related ...

Structure and Antigenicity of Kaposi's Sarcoma‐Associated Herpesvirus Glycoprotein B
Kaposi's sarcoma‐associated herpesvirus (KSHV) causes severe cancers without effective treatments. This study presents an atomic model of KSHV's critical infection protein, gB, revealing a unique structure shared with related herpesviruses like Epstein‐Barr virus (EBV). The structural similarity highlights vulnerable targets for antibodies, guiding the
