A multipurpose setup for ultrafast XUV spectroscopies
A tabletop setup for ultrafast x-ray ultraviolet (XUV) magnetic scattering and molecular spectroscopy has been developed at the Laboratory of Quantum Optics at the University of Nova Gorica. This system provides XUV light in a spectral range allowing the study of M-absorption edges in pure transition metals and their alloys, with a pulse duration of 35

The energetic offset between the donor and the acceptor components in organic photoactive layers is central to the tradeoff between photovoltage and photocurrent losses. This Perspective covers the most important issues surrounding this topic in non‐fullerene acceptor blends, from the difficulty of accurately determining state energies and driving ...

Single Crystals of Perylene Diimide‐Based Two‐Dimensional Covalent Organic Frameworks
Synthesizing extended crystals of two‐dimensional covalent organic frameworks (2D COFs) has remained a major challenge. Here, we report a high‐temperature double‐modulator strategy that provides access to new perylene diimide (PDI)‐based COFs with crystal sizes of up to 50 µm.
