The Prussian Blue Analogue molecular magnet KMnFeHCF is demonstrated as a high‐performance cathode for ultra‐fast aqueous ammonium‐ion batteries. A full cell using KMnFeHCF and graphite delivers ~71 mAh g−1 at 1.25 A g−1 and ~51 mAh g−1 at 2.2 A g−1, retaining 50% capacity after 1850 cycles. Its scalability, cycling stability, and low cost offer strong

Two microwave‐assisted synthetic methods, specifically a one‐pot and a seeded‐growth approach, are developed within a hydroalcoholic solution for the growth of single‐phase ternary WxTi1‐xO2 and heterostructured TiO2‐WO3‐x colloidal nanocrystals. Both types of nanocrystals show significant photocatalytic activity for 4‐methoxybenzyl alcohol oxidation ...

Nanoscale x-ray imaging with high spectral sensitivity using fluorescence intensity correlations
This paper introduces spectral incoherent diffractive imaging (SIDI) as a novel method for achieving dark-field imaging of nanostructures with heterogeneous oxidation states. With SIDI, shifts in photoemission profiles can be spatially resolved, enabling

Prolonged water washing severely damages the surface layered structure of single‐crystal Ni‐rich cathodes, forming a thick rock‐salt barrier. In contrast, our 3‐min ultrafast washing removes residual lithium while confining surface reconstruction to an ultrathin 2–4 nm layer, thereby unlocking excellent fast‐charging and cycling stability.

Ultrafast time-resolved X-ray diffraction using an optimized laser-plasma based X-ray source
Femtosecond X-ray pulses are invaluable tools to investigate the structural dynamics triggered by a femtosecond laser pulse. These ultrashort X-ray pulses can be provided by lab-sized laser-produced plasma X-ray sources. This thesis is dedicated to optimizing the X-ray emission from the X-ray source at the University of Duisburg-Essen and using this ...

An innovative molecular spatial‐positioning shimming strategy is developed to optimize the electrical properties of poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF). By intercalating polyethylene wax (PE wax) short‐chain molecules into PVDF's free volume, the film achieves a significantly enhanced energy density of 32.67 J cm−3.

Imidazole Post‐Treated Self‐Assembled Monolayers for Inverted Perovskite Solar Cells
A post‐treatment strategy using imidazole derivatives (4,5‐DI and 4,5‐D‐2‐MI) enhances the Me‐4PACz/perovskite interface by improving wettability, promoting perovskite films, and optimizing energy level alignment, resulting in higher efficiency and improved stability in inverted perovskite solar cells.
