Effect of Alloying Elements on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Air-Cooled Bainitic Steel
In the present investigation, a carbide-free bainitic steel has been produced in the laboratory through the air cooling route. Optimization of the alloying elements was done based on thermodynamic and kinetic calculations.

Investigation of the Corrosion Resistance of Bainitic Steel
The corrosion resistance of bainitic steel was compared with a weathering steel 09CuPCrNi through accelerated corrosion tests. The results indicated that the corrosion resistance was better for bainitic steel than 09CuPCrNi based on the weight loss.

Effect of austempering temperature on the microstructure evolution of ultrafine bainite steel
The isothermal transformation kinetics of experimental steel was studied by the thermal expansion method. Uhrafine bainite was obtained by austempering at low temperature. The microstructure was quantificationally analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.
