Preparation of spherical Zr0.8Sn0.2TiO4 powder by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
Journal of Materials Science, 1995Fine, spherical Zr0.8Sn0.2Tio4 powders were prepared by spray pyrolysis, using an ultrasonic transducer, from an aqueous solution of metal chlorides. The synthesized powders had a spherical morphology and many shell fragments. The observed shell fragments were attributed to the impermeable surface crust formed during thermal decomposition of the ...

Synthesis of SrTiO3:Pr,Al by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
Ceramics International, 2002Abstract SrTiO 3 :Pr,Al as an oxide compound phosphor shows potential application for a field emission display (FED). SrTiO 3 :Pr, Al phosphor was prepared directly by a continuous droplet to particle preparation using an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. We have studied the processing mechanism of continuous droplet to particle.

Thin films of ZnO:M synthesized by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
Russian Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, 2011High optical quality ZnO:M@Si nanocomposites (where M is the doping element) were obtained by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis. The variation of experimental conditions, the use of various precursors and dopants demonstrated that the morphology of zinc oxide nanoparticles is mainly determined by the sort of the doping element.

Emission of ZnO:Ag nanorods obtained by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
Physica B: Condensed Matter, 2014Abstract Scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X ray diffraction (XRD), photoluminescence (PL) and its temperature dependence have been studied in ZnO:Ag nanorods (NRs) prepared by the ultrasonic spray pyrolysis (USP) method. The time variation at the growth of ZnO:Ag films permits modifying the ZnO phase from the amorphous to crystalline, to change ...

Nanocomposites Prepared by Ultrasonic Spray Pyrolysis and Their Applications
2012We have developed ultrasonic spray pyrolysis, a one-step, continuous, scalable and rapid route, to synthesize nanocomposites with different morphology. The morphology can be tuned via selecting different carbon source. Rattle-type Carbon hollow spheres, high-density magnetite nanoparticles located in carbon hollow microspheres, carbon-iron oxide black ...

Preparation of γ-Gd2S3 films by ultrasonic spray pyrolysis
Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2005Abstract Nanophase γ-Gd2S3 polycrystalline thin films were deposited by a so-called asynchronous pulse ultrasonic spray pyrolysis method on glass substrates at relatively low temperature without any complexing agent. The films were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectrum. The technical conditions leading to
