Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.We develop a one‐step spray coating approach to coat the fluorinated graphene (FG) nanosheet onto the N95 respirators. The spray‐coated superhydrophobic N95 respirators can effectively repel respiratory droplets off instantaneously and prevent SARS‐CoV‐2 virus accumulation on the surface.

Shape Memory Polymer‐Based Hook‐and‐Loop Fastener for Robust Bonding and on‐Demand Easy Separation
Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.A 3D shape memory polymer‐based hook‐and‐loop fastener, fabricated using projection microstereolithography and molding, offers tunable bonding strength through temperature control. When heated from 25 to 70 °C, the fastener softens and deforms easily, reducing bonding strength by 20‐fold for on‐demand easy separation.

Przegląd Dermatologiczny, 2019 Narrow band (311 nm) UVB phototherapy is established treatment for psoriasis. DNA is a target for UVB via formation of cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers, which trigger loss of dendritic cells and macrophages, and inhibit CD4+ and CD8+ T cells.

arXiv, 2004 It is shown that the Hamiltonian approach for a $\phi^3$-interaction on the 4-dimensional noncommutative Minkowski space leads to an ultraviolet finite $S$-matrix if the noncommutativity is averaged at each vertex.

Advanced Engineering Materials, EarlyView.A multimaterial approach is introduced to improve upon auxetic structures by combining two different polymers into the same reentrant honeycomb structure via additive manufacturing. The deformation behavior as well as the resulting Poisson's ratio are thereby improved significantly.
