Veterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 11, Issue 4, July 2025.Being older, having more years of professional experience, being a parent and having a higher income are associated with lower levels of burnout among veterinarians. Income level emerged as the most influential factor in increasing job satisfaction. Additionally, the field of study significantly affects burnout levels.
