A Computational Study of the Implosion of a Food Storage Tank
This study focused on a structural and thermodynamic analysis of a real‐case implosion incident of a storage tank after a cleaning procedure in a food industry company. A quantitative analysis of the incident will support future studies of solutions to prevent it.

The Development and Properties of alginate/κ‐carrageenan Hydrogel: Beeswax Oleogel Bigels
Alginate/κ‐carrageenan hydrogel and beeswax/palm oil oleogel were combined to produce bigels with high oleogel retention and pH‐responsive behavior. Hydrogel composition, oleogel concentration, and hydrogel‐to‐oleogel ratio influenced bead microstructure, mechanical properties, and swelling characteristics.
