Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Hyperosmotic stress triggers the relocation of the CFIm complex from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This shift creates a nuclear ‘stoichiometric bottleneck’, limiting CFIm availability for mRNA processing. Consequently, specific mRNAs like NUDT21 and DICER1 undergo targeted 3′UTR shortening, demonstrating how spatial protein dynamics drive rapid ...

Basic principles of unified field theory
In this paper the basic principles of Einstein's, Schrodinger's and Bonnor's unified field theory have been studied. Originally the field equations were given in terms of contracted curvature tensor Rμλ Here the relations are obtained between R&

Evaluating the involvement of autolysosomes in the nuclear translocation of fluorescent proteins
Endogenously expressed fluorescent proteins can be degraded by autophagy and transported to cell nuclei via the nuclear pore complex. But in some cell lines, for example, HeLa cells which are positive for immunoreactivity of a receptor ligand, such as UCN I, in cell nuclei, fusion of autolysosome with the nuclear envelope is involved in the nuclear ...

IGFBP4 knockdown (KD) impairs preadipocyte proliferation and is associated with IGF1R protein downregulation and attenuated AKT phosphorylation. The mechanisms by which IGFBP4 KD influences the IGF1R/AKT signaling pathway involve newly synthesized proteins and lysosomal degradation pathways. Created in BioRender.

Unified Field Theory of Coherence |Super-Field Model I
This project formalizes the symbolic coherence topology layer of the Unified Field Theory of Coherence (UFTC-SF), introducing testable constructs like symbolic invariants, attractor basin dynamics, and ethical interrupt systems for AI alignment.

Unified Field Theory: The Wave
We present UFT: The Wave, a unified field theory in which all particles are reinterpreted as standing waves of curved time. Building on the foundational insight of Louis de Broglie (1925) — that every particle carries an internal clock — this theory proposes that mass emerges from resonance, not substance.

The cytoskeleton‐mediated transport of mitochondria via tunnelling nanotubes restores respiration, increases ATP production, rescues cells from apoptosis, activates the AKT/mTOR signalling pathway, promotes cell migration and invasiveness, contributes to cancer progression and treatment resistance.

The Kerr–Newman metric in the nonsymmetric unified field theory
The method introduced by Newman and Janis for obtaining the metric of a rotating, charged particle in the Einstein–Maxwell theory of gravitation and electromagnetism is examined in the context of the nonsymmetric unified field theory. It is found that a
