Hybrid quantum-classical modeling of quantum dot devices [PDF]

open access: yes, 2017
The design of electrically driven quantum dot devices for quantum optical applications asks for modeling approaches combining classical device physics with quantum mechanics.

Intrinsic Photoactive Star ZnPc–Poly(glutamate) Nanoplatforms for Multimodal Glioblastoma Therapy and Brain‐Targeted Delivery

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An intrinsic photoactive star‐shaped zinc phtalocyanine‐poly(L‐glutamic acid) (ZnPc‐PGA) nanoplatform for multimodal glioblastoma (GBM) therapy and brain‐targeted elivery. A ZnPc‐PGA‐based multifunctional theranostic nanocarrier platform enables image‐guided, multimodal GBM therapy. ZnPc‐PGA nanocarriers support the integration of fluorescence imaging,

Reconsidering Born's Postulate and Collapse Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2013
We investigate the possibility that the amplitude of quantum wave can have a deeper physical meaning other than the probabilistic interpretation base on Born’s postulate.

Application of unified array calculus to connect 4-D spacetime sensing with string theory and relativity

open access: yesJournal of Geodetic Science, 2013
Array algebra of photogrammetry and geodesy unified multi-linear matrix and tensor operators in an expansion of Gaussian adjustment calculus to general matrix inverses and solutions of inverse problems to find all, or some optimal, parametric solutions ...

Design Strategies and Emerging Applications of High‐Performance Flexible Piezoresistive Pressure Sensors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Flexible piezoresistive pressure sensors underpin wearable and soft electronics. This review links sensing physics, including contact resistance modulation, quantum tunneling and percolation, to unified materials/structure design. We highlight composite and graded architectures, interfacial/porous engineering, and microstructured 3D conductive networks

Complex sine-Gordon theory: solitons, defects and boundaries [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
This thesis presents research into the properties and features of the complex sine- Gordon theory. The CSG theory is a dimensional integrable held theory that admits soliton solutions which carry a Noether charge due to the U(I) invariance of the theory.

Quantum measurement in a family of hidden-variable theories [PDF]

open access: yes, 1996
The measurement process for hidden--configuration formulations of quantum mechanics is analysed. It is shown how a satisfactory description of quantum measurement can be given in this framework.

Hydrogen‐Bond–Driven Ion Retention in Electrolyte‐Gated Synaptic Transistors

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Anion molecular design governs ion–polymer interactions in electrolyte‐gated synaptic transistors. Asymmetric anions induce hydrogen‐bond interactions that suppress ion back‐diffusion and stabilize doping, enabling enhanced nonvolatile synaptic properties.

Reconstructing configurational Hamiltonians from Fock space

open access: yesNuclear Physics B
We present a unified operator-based framework for reconstructing configuration-space Hamiltonians directly from their Fock-space formulations. This approach clarifies how local dynamics and geometric structure emerge from global quantum operator algebras.

Rationally Designed Bilayer Passivation Strategy for High‐Performance Vacuum‐Processed Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A bilayer “Anchor‐and‐Seal” passivation strategy using EDAI2 and 4MeO‐PEAI effectively mitigates surface defects in vacuum‐processed perovskite films through synergistic hydrogen bonding and Lewis base coordination. This approach optimizes interfacial energy alignment and suppresses non‐radiative recombination, enabling vacuum‐deposited p‐i‐n ...
