Stable Convergence Theorems for Products of Uniformly Continuous Mappings in Metric Spaces [PDF]
We study the behavior of inexact products of uniformly continuous self-mappings of a complete metric space that is uniformly continuous and bounded on bounded sets.

A study of uniformities on the space of uniformly continuous mappings [PDF]
Abstract New families of uniformities are introduced on UC(X,Y) , the class of uniformly continuous mappings between X and Y, where (X ...

Uniformly continuous 1-1 functions on ordered fields not mapping interior to interior [PDF]
In an earlier work we showed that for ordered fields F not isomorphic to the reals R, there are continuous 1-1 unctions on [0, 1]F which map some interior point to a boundary point of the image (and so are not open).

Continuous and uniformly continuous maps of powers of metric spaces
The clone \(Cl(A, {\mathbf A})\) of an object \(A\) in a category \(\mathbf A\) with finite products is the full subcategory of \(\mathbf A\) whose objects are the finite powers \(A^n\) of \(A\). The author investigates for metric spaces \(A\) the relations between \(Cl(A, \mathbf{Top})\) and \(Cl(A, \mathbf{Unif})\).

STRONG CONVERGENCE FOR THREE CLASSES OF UNIFORMLY EQUI-CONTINUOUS AND ASYMPTOTICALLY QUASI-NONEXPANSIVE MAPPINGS [PDF]
In this paper, we introduce a modified three-step iteration scheme with errors for three classes of uniformly equi-continuous and asymptotically quasi-nonexpansive mappings in the framework of uniformly convex Banach spaces. We then use this scheme to approximate a common fixed point of these mappings.

Strong convergence theorems for uniformly continuous pseudocontractive maps
Let \(K\) be a nonempty closed convex subset of a reflexive Banach space, \(T\) a uniformly continuous pseudocontraction, and let \(u \in K\). The authors establish several sufficient conditions under which the iteration process \(x_0 \in K\), \(x_{n+1} := \mu_n(\alpha_nTx_n + (1 - \alpha_n)x_n) + (1 - \mu_n)u\) converges strongly to a fixed point of \(

Generic uniformly continuous mappings on unbounded hyperbolic spaces
We consider a complete, unbounded, hyperbolic metric space $X$ and a concave, nonzero and nondecreasing function $ω:[0,+\infty)\to[0,+\infty)$ with $ω(0)=0$ and study the space $\mathcal{C}_ω(X)$ of uniformly continous self-mappings on $X$ whose modulus of continuity is bounded above by $ω$.

Asymmetry of posterior pole remodeling in high myopia [PDF]
To characterize posterior pole morphology in high myopia using widefield OCT angiography (OCTA)–derived curvature metrics, with particular emphasis on asymmetry and regional variation, and to determine whether posterior deformation shows structured ...

Index boundedness and uniform connectedness of space of the G-permutation degree
In this paper the properties of space of the G-permutation degree, like: weight, uniform connectedness and index boundedness are studied. It is proved that: (1) If (X, U) is a uniform space, then the mapping π s n, G : (X n , U n ) → (SP n GX, SP n GU ...
