Approximate controllability of the coupled degenerate system with two boundary controls
In this paper, we investigate the approximate controllability of the coupled system with boundary degeneracy. The control functions act on the degenerate boundary. We prove the Carleman estimate and the unique continuation of the adjoint system.

Tumor B‐cell infiltration in platinum‐treated advanced muscle‐invasive urothelial carcinoma
Bladder tumors with higher pretreatment memory B‐cell infiltration were linked to longer survival after cisplatin chemotherapy, but not carboplatin. These tumors also showed more organized immune structures (tertiary lymphoid structures) and a shared pro‐inflammatory B‐cell‐rich community, suggesting that memory B cells may help identify patients most ...

Unique continuation of positive solutions for doubly degenerate quasilinear elliptic equations
We consider quasilinear elliptic equations that are degenerate in two ways. One kind of degeneracy is due to the particular structure of the given vector fields.

Beyond the classical strong maximum principle: Sign-changing forcing term and flat solutions
We show that the classical strong maximum principle, concerning positive supersolutions of linear elliptic equations vanishing on the boundary of the domain can be extended, under suitable conditions, to the case in which the forcing term is sign ...

THE NON LINEAR TRANSMISSION PROBLEM WITH TIME DEPENDENT COEFFICIENTS
In this paper we consider the nonlinear transmission problem for the wave equation with time dependent coefficients and linear internal damping. We prove global existence and exponential decay of solution.

Single‐cell multi‐omics reveals epigenetic heterogeneity across therapy‐adaptive tumor states, including quiescent/dormant, drug‐tolerant persister, and EMT‐like phenotypes. By linking regulatory features with state‐associated biomarkers, these approaches inform biomarker‐guided therapeutic strategies for evolving tumors.

Continuous dependence of solutions for indefinite semilinear elliptic problems
We consider the superlinear elliptic problem $$ -\Delta u + m(x)u = a(x)u^p $$ in a bounded smooth domain under Neumann boundary conditions, where $m \in L^{\sigma}(\Omega)$, $\sigma\geq N/2$ and $a\in C(\overline{\Omega})$ is a sign changing ...

THE TRANSMISSION PROBLEM WITH TIME DEPENDENT COEFFICIENTS WITH NONLINEAR INTERNAL DAMPING
In this paper we consider the nonlinear transmission problem for the wave equation with time dependent coefficients and nonlinear internal damping. We prove global existence and study decay properties of the solutions. The result is achieved by using the

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.
