This paper presents a mixed-mode universal filter using differential difference current conveyor transconductance amplifiers (DDCCTA). Despite using a minimum number of MOS differential pairs, the proposed DDCCTA is a multiple-input, multiple-output ...

Universal resistorless current‐mode filters employing CCCIIs
AbstractIn this paper, four different‐type second‐order current‐mode filters, employing second‐generation current‐controlled conveyors (CCCIIs) and two capacitors, are proposed. The first two of the presented filters can simultaneously realize high‐output impedance low‐pass, band‐pass and high‐pass responses. Also, the two filters can provide notch and

Pancreatic sensory neurons innervating healthy and PDAC tissue were retrogradely labeled and profiled by single‐cell RNA sequencing. Tumor‐associated innervation showed a dominant neurofilament‐positive subtype, altered mitochondrial gene signatures, and reduced non‐peptidergic neurons.

Field evaluation of the CATT/Trypanosoma brucei gambiense on blood-impregnated filter papers for diagnosis of human African trypanosomiasis in southern Sudan. [PDF]
Most Human African Trypanosomiasis (HAT) control programmes in areas endemic for Trypanosoma brucei gambiense rely on a strategy of active mass screening with the Card Agglutination Test for Trypanosomiasis (CATT)/T. b. gambiense.

Overview of molecular signatures of senescence and associated resources: pros and cons
Cells can enter a stress response state termed cellular senescence that is involved in various diseases and aging. Detecting these cells is challenging due to the lack of universal biomarkers. This review presents the current state of senescence identification, from biomarkers to molecular signatures, compares tools and approaches, and highlights ...

BMI‐1 modulation and trafficking during M phase in diffuse intrinsic pontine glioma
The schematic illustrates BMI‐1 phosphorylation during M phase, which triggers its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. In cycling cells, BMI‐1 functions within the PRC1 complex to mediate H2A K119 monoubiquitination. Following PTC596‐induced M phase arrest, phosphorylated BMI‐1 dissociates from PRC1 and is exported to the cytoplasm via its

TO-CCII based voltage-mode universal biquadratic filter
In this paper, a novel single-input three-output (SITO) voltage-mode (VM) universal biquadratic filter employing a single triple-output second-generation current conveyor (TO-CCII), two grounded capacitors and four resistors, is presented. The proposed topology offers the realization of all the standard filter transfer functions (TFs). The non-ideality

Activation of the mitochondrial protein OXR1 increases pSyn129 αSynuclein aggregation by lowering ATP levels and altering mitochondrial membrane potential, particularly in response to MSA‐derived fibrils. In contrast, ablation of the ER protein EMC4 enhances autophagic flux and lysosomal clearance, broadly reducing α‐synuclein aggregates.
