Integrating Machine Learning With Constant‐Potential Simulation to Unravel Charge‐Transfer Mechanisms in Electrochemical Nitrogen Fixation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Integrating interpretable machine learning with the fixed‐potential method reveals a novel mechanism: the catalytic activity of the electrochemical nitrogen reduction reaction is governed by partial charge transfer, induced by variations in the intermediate potential of zero charge under constant potential.

MATHEMATICAL MODELING OF MULTI-TRUCK WITH BUCKLE BRIDGES AND CENTER OF MASS ECCENTRICITY LINKS [PDF]

open access: yesAvtomobilʹnyj Transport (Harʹkov), 2009
A universal mathematical model of the plane motion of multilink articulated vehicle which has skewed bridges and the eccentricity of the centers of mass of each link is developed.

Unifying Composition and Process Design: A Heterogeneous Graph Neural Network for Discovering High‐Performance Cu Alloys

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By overcoming the fixed‐path limitations of conventional machine learning, a heterogeneous graph neural network fundamentally reconstructs material data representation. Integrating variable processing sequences with intrinsic elemental features, this framework enables exploratory optimization across high‐dimensional spaces.

SpaMode: A Broadly Applicable Framework for Deciphering Spatial Multi‐Omics Using Multimodal Mixture of Disentangled Experts

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SpaMode introduces a versatile framework for spatial multi‐omics integration across vertical, horizontal, and mosaic scenarios. By disentangling modality‐invariant and variant features through a mixture‐of‐experts mechanism, it adaptively reconfigures spatially heterogeneous signals.

Zilber’s notion of logically perfect structure: universal covers

open access: yes
: We sketch the mathematical background and the main ideas in the proofs of categoricity of theories of several examples of universal covers — reducing an analytic to a model theoretic (discrete) description.

World Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
In this paper a general mathematical model of the World will be constructed. I will show that a number of important theories in Physics are particularizations of the World Theory presented here.

Sticky Yet Slippery: Molecular Ordering Reconciles Bubble‐Surface Affinity With Ultralow Friction at the Nanoscale

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
By engineering the molecular order and thickness of PDMS layers, we reconcile the stickiness and slipperiness during bubble transport. AFM measurements and MD simulations further reveal how these nanoscale architectures tune hydrophobic interaction FHB and friction force f.

Flexoelectricity in Photoconversion: Fundamentals, Materials, and Outlooks

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Mechanical bending of a flexible cantilever induces a strain gradient in the photoactive material. The resulting flexoelectric field couples with photovoltaic and photoconductive effects, modulating charge generation, separation, and collection. A comparative analysis of oxide perovskites, halide perovskites, and two‐dimensional materials is presented,
