Don't Just Train, Inspire: The Critical Role of Motivation in Corporate Green Behavior
ABSTRACT This study examines how green training influences corporate green behavior, with a particular focus on the mediating role of organizational green motivation. Drawing on the resource‐based view and the ability‐motivation‐opportunity framework, we propose a model in which green training builds environmental capability and fosters motivation ...

Cyclopropylamines have emerged as powerful photocatalytic building blocks. Upon light‐induced single‐electron oxidation, they undergo strain‐release ring opening to generate distonic iminium radicals that enable diverse transformations, including ring‐opening functionalization, formal [3 + 2] cycloadditions, radical cascades, and asymmetric bond ...

Can ISO/IEC 17025 serve as a tool to prevent scientific fraud in chemical research laboratories?
Abstract Scientific fraud has been documented across multiple disciplines, and chemistry is no exception. Recent studies indicate that contamination of materials, methodological errors, and unreliable data, results, or analyses account for over 25% of retracted publications.

Do CSR Committees Pay Off? Direct and Indirect Links to Financial and ESG Performance
ABSTRACT Corporate boards increasingly delegate sustainability oversight to dedicated CSR committees, yet evidence on whether these committees improve corporate performance remains mixed. This study argues that part of this inconsistency arises because prior research often emphasizes overall associations between CSR committees and performance without ...

A Code‐Invariant QSG–VGA Co‐Design Methodology for Compact CMOS Vector‐Sum Phase Shifters
A circuit‐level co‐design methodology for compact vector‐sum phase shifters is presented, combining a code‐invariant common‐gate variable‐gain amplifier (VGA) with a resistorless quadrature signal generator (QSG). By maintaining an almost constant input resistance, explicit resistors are eliminated from the QSG.
