Cell‐Selective Delivery of RIBOTACs via an Anti‐EGFR Nanobody for Pancreatic Cancer Treatment
This study introduces an innovative strategy for the tumor‐selective catalytic degradation of oncogenic non‐coding RNA by interfacing a ribonuclease‐recruiting small molecule (RIBOTAC) with an EGFR‐targeting nanobody via a CTSB (Cathepsin B)‐responsive linker.

Enhancing Super‐Resolution Spatial Transcriptomics Data by Transfer Learning
SpotZoomer employs a transfer‐learning‐based strategy to enhance the resolution of Visium data by leveraging available high‐resolution priors. The resulting super‐resolved maps enable sharper delineation of cell boundaries and more precise inference of cell–cell communication patterns that would otherwise remain obscured at native resolution.

NSD2 coordinates the neurogenic‐to‐gliogenic transition in the developing neocortex through H3K36me2‐dependent activation of EGFR–ERK signaling. Loss of NSD2 disrupts astroglial and oligodendroglial development, whereas ERK activation rescues gliogenic defects in vitro and in vivo.
