Rheological models of upper silesian carboniferous rocks

Abstract For a precise determination of the rheological properties of rocks under static load, three rocks typical of the coal measures were chosen and examined in the laboratory. Blocks of medium-grain sandstone, siltstone and cannel coal were taken from mines and test pieces were prepared for laboratory examination.
