Decreased DMI sensitivity of Plenodomus biglobosus (phoma of oilseed rape) associated with CYP51 substitution G476S

Here, we report for the first time a target site mutation in the CYP51 gene of the oilseed rape phoma stem canker fungus Plenodomus biglobosus (Leptosphaeria biglobosa) that is associated with decreased sensitivity to sterol demethylation inhibitor fungicides.

ABSTRACT This article presents the results of integrating three methods to assess the age of the Upper Palaeolithic site of Pietraszyn 11 (SW Poland), close to the Moravian Gate. Sediment chronology determined using optically stimulated luminescence produced promising, yet ambiguous results (51.0 ± 3.7 to 20.3 ± 0.7 ka).

Clinical and Genetic Profile of One Molecularly Confirmed and One Clinically Suspected Case of LZTR1 ‐Related Noonan Syndrome

This study illustrates the phenotypic variability of LZTR1‐related Noonan syndrome type 10 in two pediatric patients, including presentations without congenital heart defects. The findings emphasize the importance of whole‐exome sequencing and longitudinal re‐evaluation of variants of uncertain significance in achieving accurate diagnosis.
