Successful Trifarotene Treatment of a Typical Kyrle's Disease With Overview of Topical Therapies
Skin Research and Technology, Volume 32, Issue 7, July 2026.ABSTRACT Kyrle's disease is a rare skin disorder involving transepidermal keratin elimination, usually linked to systemic illness. We report a unique case—a healthy 26‐year‐old man resistant to standard therapy. Remission was achieved with daily topical trifarotene 0.005% over eight weeks.
