Urea Reduction Ratio Considering Urea Rebound

Nephron, 1998

Plasma urea kinetics in urea infusion

Clinical Pharmacology & Therapeutics, 1972
Seven patients undergoing an infusion of 30 per cent urea‐10 per cent invert sugar solution (Urevert) for treatment of cerebral edema were studied with regard to plasma urea kinetics. The 2 compartment (extracellular and intracellular fluid spaces) model has been applied to analysis of the plasma levels.
