Nascent Extracellular Matrix Converts Biomaterial Cues into Cell Fate Decisions

This study uncovers a tri‐directional interplay among cells, hydrogels, and their nascent extracellular matrix. Hydrogel norbornene modification alters CD44‐mediated cell–hydrogel interactions, which shape nascent matrix deposition, composition, and spatial organization.

Sarcopenia has emerged as a major health challenge in the aging population. Developing a sustained‐release system for whey protein may enhance its effectiveness in mitigating sarcopenia. Topological Quantum Biomaterials Enable Pyroptosis‐Senescence Coupling for Enhanced Colorectal Cancer Therapy

This work reports conceptually unprecedented topological quantum biomaterials derived from engineered Pd3Sn nanostrips for oncological applications. Their near‐Fermi‐level electronic architecture and superior interfacial charge transport facilitate ultrasound‐amplified redox reactions and efficient ROS generation.
