Nature‐Inspired Histidine and Guanidine Modification of Magnetic Nanoparticles for Urinary DNA Liquid Biopsy

Nature‐inspired bi‐functionalized magnetic nanoparticles are engineered for the rapid, non‐invasive extraction of cell‐free DNA from unprocessed urine for liquid biopsy. These cationic particles leverage electrostatic interactions to outperform conventional kits, enhancing the recovery of short DNA fragments while maintaining DNA integrity.
