AbstractThe Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome emphasizes the frequent association of the development of malignancy, particularly Wilms tumor or adrenocortical carcinoma. We report on a neonate with the Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome whose main urologic abnormality was a benign polyp of the bladder neck.
