Eighteen boys with diagnose of bladder neck obstruction, based on roentgenological criteria, underwent urodynamic investigations. In the majority of patients, urodynamics clearly deviated from the normal range, substantiating that bladder neck obstruction, although rare, really exists in male infants and children.
