A questionnaire to assess attitude towards information and communication technology (ICT) and experience with it is developed and evaluated. With 30 items user attributes are collected on six factors. With this questionnaire, individual users can be clustered in accordance with an existing ICT taxonomy.

Chapter 3 introduced Linux basics and the concepts of users and collections of users called groups. We explained how users and groups own files and objects. We also demonstrated how that ownership, in combination with permissions, controls access to those files and objects. Users and groups are also used to initiate and run processes.

This paper presents a new approach in data analysis for monitoring of mobile devices. Our model uses passive monitoring of mobile devices based on ideas of network proximity. This monitoring uses network protocol analysis for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and lets us collect information on mobile visitors.
