This study was undertaken to identify antecedents of user satisfaction with EDI systems by surveying key end-users of EDI in a variety of firms across the United States. Although there is much empirical evidence about factors underlying EDI adoption and implementation, there is little information from the perspective of the end user.

Modelling and Detecting Changes in User Satisfaction
Proceedings of the 23rd ACM International Conference on Conference on Information and Knowledge Management, 2014Informational needs behind queries, that people issue to search engines, are inherently sensitive to external factors such as breaking news, new models of devices, or seasonal changes as 'black Friday'.
