ABSTRACT European urban climate change research lacks integration across scales, geography, and climate challenges, despite Europe's coordinated policy frameworks. Through a hybrid bibliometric and systematic review of 1528 studies (2010–2025) using Cortext Manager and PRISMA 2020 guidelines, this study maps the conceptual patterns, knowledge gaps, and

UTCI Based Assessment of Urban Outdoor Thermal Comfort in Belgrade, Serbia [PDF]
The main purpose of this research is to assess the outdoor thermal comfort (OTC) of Belgrade, in order to investigate how distinct bioclimatic conditions influence on the human organism during the summer in urban environments. Universal Thermal Climate Index, which represents the heat stress of the human organism caused by meteorological conditions ...

PV shading relies primarily on solid panels to block direct solar radiation. As the transmittance of PV modules is close to zero, they effectively and consistently attenuate downward short‐wave radiation. With a surface reflectance of approximately 0.12, a portion of the short‐wave solar radiation is reflected, while the remaining energy is absorbed ...

Bioclimatic conditions of Lublin based on the Universal Thermal Climate Index (UTCI)
The objective of this paper is to describe bioclimatic conditions in Lublin and Radawiec in the period 1976–2015 using the UTCI index. The paper shows that in Lublin and Radawiec, the most frequent biometeorological conditions caused no heat stress and ...
