Efficacy and safety of laparoscopic lateral suspension with mesh for pelvic organ prolapse: A systematic review and meta‐analysis

Laparoscopic lateral suspension (LLS) with mesh provides effective apical and anterior vaginal support for pelvic organ prolapse, with anatomical success rates exceeding 90% and a low complication profile.
