Solid self-emulsifying drug delivery systems (SEDDS) for medium chain triglycerides (Captex® 355, ABITEC) were developed using stearoyl polyoxyl glycerides (Acconon® C-50, ABITEC and Gelucire® 50/13, Gattefosse) as both solidifying and emulsifying agents.
