UV/vis Spectrophotometry/Channel Flow Electrode to Determine Anodic Dissolution of Metal
UV/vis spectrophotometry/channel flow electrode was developed in order to determine the dissolution rate of metallic ions from the corroded metal electrode. In the present method, the relation between absorbance As and the flux of dissolved ions ψ is expressed by the following equation: As = eκψVm-2/3, where e is molar absorptivity, κ a constant, and ...

An orally administered prebiotic polysaccharide hydrogel (predaGel) based on inulin and alginate‐dopamine is stable in the stomach, adheres to the intestine, and degrades slowly in the colon. It enables site‐specific delivery of anti‐TNF‐α and anti‐IL‐12/23 antibodies, scavenges reactive oxygen species, and remodels gut microbiota, offering effective ...

Adaptive Cu Reconstruction in Heterostructure Drives High‐Rate Nitrate‐to‐Ammonia Conversion
An adaptively reconstructed Cu/CoOX heterojunction, featuring a surface‐localized, hydroxyl‐rich oxidized Cu species, forms in situ from a CuO/CoOX (Co1Cu9OX) pre‐catalyst during electrochemical nitrate reduction. The self‐adaptive reconstruction and the incorporation of heterostructure regulate nitrogen‐containing intermediate adsorption and *H supply,

A graphene oxide nanocarrier presents neuropeptide Y specifically to NPY receptor‐expressing pathways in the amygdala, whose activation selectively suppresses aversive memory formation, without modulating anxiety responses. This circuit‐restricted drug release strategy may impact future design of neuropsychiatric therapies with limited off‐target ...

Rewiring Pyroptosis to Potentiate Cancer Immunotherapy via a Gasdermin D Agonist Bypassing Caspase‐3
This work introduces a small‐molecule agonist, DIBDO, that bypasses Casp‐3 to directly trigger GSDMD‐mediated pyroptosis in tumors. Activated by glutathione, DIBDO generates singlet oxygen and molecular iodine, blocking Casp‐3 pathways and inducing immunogenic cell death.
