Dinuclear Rhodium(I)–N‐Heterocyclic Carbene Complexes as Alkyne Hydropyridonation Catalysts

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Inorganic Chemistry, Volume 29, Issue 7, 2 March 2026.
Catalyst Improvement by NHC tuning: A series of new RhI–NHC dinuclear complexes has been revealed as efficient alkyne hydropyridonation catalysts. 333053IMes complex displays the highest reactivity of the series, suggesting that a moderate steric demand combined with balanced σ‐donation facilitates precatalyst activation and substrate exchange.

Multi‐Level Triggers of Antiwoke Behaviour: Immigrant Marginalization in the Workplace

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Administrative Sciences / Revue Canadienne des Sciences de l'Administration, Volume 43, Issue 1, March 2026.
ABSTRACT This study examines how exclusionary diversity climates in antiwoke organizations foster hostility toward immigrant talent and lead to their underemployment and marginalization. Drawing on an integrative framework of institutional theory and social cognitive theory, we investigate how macro‐level sociopolitical forces and mesolevel factors ...

Atomically Dispersed Tellurium‐Enabled Highly Stable Potassium Metal Batteries

open access: yesCarbon Neutralization, Volume 5, Issue 2, March 2026.
Atomically tellurium supported on N,P‐codoped porous carbon nanofibers (TeNPC) is successfully fabricated for the first time as the functional host to stabilize K. The as‐prepared K@TeNPC composite enables favorable rate performance and cycling stability in symmetric cells and potassium–sulfur batteries.

A Multiphysics Finite‐Element Framework for Magnetically Tunable Electrochemical Hydrogen Sensors Based on Cs/GO/Fe3O4/PANi Hydrogels

open access: yesEngineering Reports, Volume 8, Issue 3, March 2026.
A multiphysics finite‐element model is developed to elucidate magnetically tunable electrochemical hydrogen sensing in a Cs/GO/Fe3O4/PANi hydrogel nanocomposite. The framework couples hydrogen diffusion, electrochemical kinetics, charge transport, and superparamagnetic Fe3O4 alignment to predict sensor performance.
