A Case of Intralobar Pulmonary Sequestration in Situs Inversus Totalis
We report a case of multiple intralobar pulmonary sequestration coexisting with situs inversus totalis in a patient who presented to the emergency department with acute onset haemoptysis. The perioperative management was notably challenging due to the presence of an aberrant feeding artery and the atypical anatomical orientation of the lesions.
