Summary Background Nephrosplenic entrapment (NSE) is a common surgical colic in horses. Ventral midline laparotomy (VML) under general anaesthesia (GA) is the standard approach, whereas standing flank laparotomy (SFL) is an alternative approach for surgical correction. Characterization of dermatan sulfate and chondroitin sulfate profiles during brain regeneration in Styela plicata

Adult ascidians are capable of regenerating their entire brains following injury, and glycosaminoglycans have been shown to either promote or inhibit neuritogenesis. In this study, dermatan 2,6‐disulfate (D2,6S) was identified as the predominant complex carbohydrate in the ascidian brain.

Subcutaneous panniculitis‐like T‐cell lymphoma. Survival outcomes according to the presence of hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and T category. Relapse‐free survival was inferior in patients presenting with generalized (T3) skin lesions. Overall survival was poor in patients with HLH. Relapse‐free survival was also reduced in patients with HLH.
