Micro/Nanorobots for Combating Brain Disorders: Challenges, Advances, and Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Micro/nanorobots (MNRs) offer a transformative approach for precision therapy in brain disorders. By overcoming biological barriers and enabling controlled propulsion, targeted delivery, and real‐time imaging/tracking, MNRs pave the way toward effective, minimally invasive treatments. This review outlines the interplay between brain disease challenges,

Manual Activation of Metal‐Like Patterns in Leather for Stable Electrical Signal Transmission

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
This work proposes a strategy in which EGaIn particles are fused within the leather matrix through a handwritten sintering process, resulting in the fabrication of highly conductive metal‐like leather (MLL). MLL not only retains the comfort and breathability of leather but also allows for reliable electrical signal transmission.

Macrophage‐derived Extracellular Vesicles Disguised AIEgen/IDO1 Inhibitor Nanoplatform Reactivate “Immune‐Hot” for Photothermal Immunotherapy via Multi‐Dimensionally Reprograms Tumor Microenvironment

open access: yesAggregate, EarlyView.
Illustration of A/I@REHM nanoparticles preparation (A) and “ICB ‐ Repolarization ‐ PTT” like Poseidon's trident synergistically anti‐tumor treatment (B). ABSTRACT Reversing the tumor microenvironment (TME) from “cold” to “hot” tumor represents a pivotal strategy to overcome the clinical bottleneck of poor response rates to immunotherapy in solid tumors.
