All‐in‐One Analog AI Hardware: On‐Chip Training and Inference with Conductive‐Metal‐Oxide/HfOx ReRAM Devices

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
An all‐in‐one analog AI accelerator is presented, enabling on‐chip training, weight retention, and long‐term inference acceleration. It leverages a BEOL‐integrated CMO/HfOx ReRAM array with low‐voltage operation (<1.5 V), multi‐bit capability over 32 states, low programming noise (10 nS), and near‐ideal weight transfer.

ENHANCEMENT OF THE ANTIOXIDANT CAPACITY OF STRAWBERRIES (Fragaria ananassa Duch.) BY INCORPORATION OF VITAMIN E USING THE VACUUM IMPREGNATION TECHNIQUE

open access: yesVitae, 2010
This study evaluated the antioxidant capacity and vitamin “E” content in strawberries fortified with synthetic vitamin E (dl-α-tocopherol acetate) by vacuum impregnation technique. The vitamin is quantified by HPLC and their levels are recorded per 100 g

Nerva Fuel Element Development Program Summary Report - July 1966 through June 1972 Impregnation Studies [PDF]

open access: yes, 1973
Two methods were employed to densify graphite bodies: gaseous impregnation and liquid impregnation. Gaseous impregnation consisted of two processes: direct flow and pulse vacuum.

Laser‐Induced Graphene from Waste Almond Shells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Almond shells, an abundant agricultural by‐product, are repurposed to create a fully bioderived almond shell/chitosan composite (ASC) degradable in soil. ASC is converted into laser‐induced graphene (LIG) by laser scribing and proposed as a substrate for transient electronics.

Effects of optimized osmotic vacuum impregnation on quality properties of red abalone (Haliotis rufescens) drying

open access: yes, 2023
The aim of this work was to analyze the quality of red abalone dehydrated under osmotic vacuum impregnation (OVI) as a pretreatment to the convection drying process. Response surface methodology was used to optimize osmotic impregnation conditions. Then,
