Implantable Ionic Memristors Based on Natural Polymer Heterojunctions
We report an implantable natural polymer‐based ionic memristor composed of hyaluronic acid, chitosan, and PDMS. The device achieved 98.94% accuracy in MNIST classification while reducing training time by 36.8% compared with a conventional artificial neural network (ANN).

APPLE SCLICES ENRICHED WITH ALOE VERA BY VACUUM IMPREGNATION
Recently, the interest in Aloe vera has been increased accordingly with its content in polymannas, which show many healthy effects. The vacuum impregnation (VI) was used to enrich apple slices with Aloe vera gel. The effects of vacuum level, vacuum and relaxation times on the main chemical and physical attributes were described.

Vacuum Pressure Impregnation Setup at CERN for Nb3Sn Coils
The CERN Large Magnet Facility (LMF) is currently producing 5.5 m long 11 Tesla dipole and 7.2 m long MQXFB quadrupole coils for the HL-LHC project. Both coil types are fabricated with Nb3Sn conductor with the so-called wind and react technique.

Ionic Precursors Transformed Into Vinyl Acetate Synthesis Catalyst via Reaction‐Driven Restructuring
This work demonstrates that a simple physical mixture of Pd and Au ionic precursors, KOAc promoter, and SiO2 support can transform into a highly active vinyl acetate synthesis catalyst through reaction‐driven restructuring. The results highlight reaction‐induced restructuring as an innovative and sustainable catalyst design strategy.

Monolithic UV‐ozone oxidation of Ta forms an ultrathin Ta2O5/TaOx bilayer enabling resistive switching with a vertical defect gradient. A stoichiometric surface layer over an oxygen‐deficient sublayer promotes localized filament nucleation near the top interface, enabling low‐voltage operation, and reduced cycle‐to‐cycle variability.

Antinutritional factors and protein digestibility of broad bean flours hydrolysed during soaking using vacuum enzyme impregnation [PDF]
[EN] The hydrolysis of legume proteins improves their nutritional and functional properties. Usually done by mixing flour with an enzyme solution, the process can be simplified using vacuum enzyme impregnation during soaking.

Dynamics of vacuum impregnation of apples: Experimental data and simulation results using a VOF model [PDF]
Vacuum impregnation (VI) of foods can be used to accelerate industrial processes. VI consists of removing the air present in a food by applying vacuum and replacing it with a given solution by recovering the atmospheric pressure.
