GPD1L‐Mediated Glycerophospholipid Metabolism Dysfunction in Women With Diminished Ovarian Reserve: Insights From Pseudotargeted Metabolomic Analysis of Follicular Fluid

open access: yesCell Proliferation, EarlyView.
Our study demonstrated the downregulation of GPD1L and its mediated glycerophospholipid metabolism dysfunction in patients with diminished ovarian reserve. Moreover, we verified that GPD1L knockdown leads to increased cell apoptosis and mitochondrial dysfunction of KGN cells, as well as impaired oocyte quality.

UV Suppression by Smearing and Screening Correlators [PDF]

open access: yesarXiv, 2013
We investigate the mechanism of smearing in the APE, Stout, HYP and HEX schemes through their effect on glue and quark Fourier modes. Using this, we non-perturbatively tune the smearing parameters to their optimum values. Smearing causes a super-linear improvement in taste symmetry breaking in the high temperature phase of QCD.
