Hydrogel‐Enabled Electrochemical Modulation of 2D Single‐Crystalline VO2 Films for Flexible Neuromorphic Electronics

Hydrogel‐gated transistors built from two‐dimensional single‐crystalline VO2 platelets enable low‐voltage, nonvolatile, and flexible neuromorphic operation. The ion‐conducting hydrogel drives proton‐coupled electrochemical modulation, allowing reversible conductance programming, array‐level addressability, and diverse synaptic behaviors.

Rapid Decoupled Electrochemical Reduction of CO2 to Syngas

Using a gold‐carbon catalyst and chelated‐chromium redox mediator, electrochemically decoupled reduction of CO2 to CO was achieved. A range of H2‐CO ratios were obtained by altering the amount of poly vinyl alcohol capping agent added during catalyst synthesis.
