Novel Lifshitz point for chiral transition in the magnetic field
Based on the generalized Ginzburg–Landau theory, chiral phase transition is discussed in the presence of magnetic field. Considering the chiral density wave we show that chiral anomaly gives rise to an inhomogeneous chiral phase for nonzero quark-number ...

Predicting Atomic Charges in MOFs by Topological Charge Equilibration
An atomic charge prediction method is presented that is able to accurately reproduce ab‐initio‐derived reference charges for a large number of metal–organic frameworks. Based on a topological charge equilibration scheme, static charges that fulfill overall neutrality are quickly generated.

TanhReLU -based convolutional neural networks for MDD classification
Major Depression Disorder (MDD), a complex mental health disorder, poses significant challenges in accurate diagnosis. In addressing the issue of gradient vanishing in the classification of MDD using current data-driven electroencephalogram (EEG) data ...

Correlations for non-Hermitian Dirac operators: chemical potential in three-dimensional QCD [PDF]
In the presence of a non-vanishing chemical potential the eigenvalues of the Dirac opera- tor become complex. We use a Random Matrix Model (RMM) approach to calculate ana- lytically all correlation functions at weak and strong non-Hermiticity for three-

Comment on "Coherent Ratchets in Driven Bose-Einstein Condensates"
C. E. Creffield and F. Sols (Phys. Rev. Lett. 103, 200601 (2009)) recently reported finite, directed time-averaged ratchet current, for a noninteracting quantum particle in a periodic potential even when time-reversal symmetry holds.

Fe and P co‐doped Co9S8 nanocorals (Fe, P‐Co9S8) are successfully synthesized by a heteroatom engineering strategy, which exhibit outstanding bifunctional electrocatalytic performance for both the hydrogen evolution reaction (HER) and hydrazine oxidation reaction (HzOR).

An elliptic problem with critical exponent and positive Hardy potential
We give the existence result and the vanishing order of the solution in 0 for the following equation: −Δu(x)+(μ/|x|2)u(x)=λu(x)+u2*−1(x), where x∈B1, μ>0, and the potential μ/|x|2−λ is positive in B1.

Magnetic Force Microscopy Signatures of Higher‐Order Skyrmions and Antiskyrmions
Magnetic force microscopy operated under vacuum conditions enables the qualitative identification of higher‐order skyrmions and antiskyrmions in Co/Ni multilayers at room temperature. Distinct stray‐field contrast signatures arise from vertical Bloch lines and complex domain‐wall configurations.
