Pre‐analytical handling critically determines liquid biopsy performance. This study defines practical best‐practice conditions for cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) and extracellular vesicle–derived DNA (evDNA), showing how processing time, storage conditions, tube type, and plasma input volume affect DNA integrity and mutation detection.

Blow-up phenomena for a pseudo-parabolic system with variable exponents
In this paper, we consider a pseudo-parabolic system with nonlinearities of variable exponent type \begin{align*} \begin{cases} u_t-\Delta u_t-\operatorname{div}(|\nabla u|^{m(x)-2}\nabla u)=|uv|^{p(x)-2}uv^2 & \mbox{in}\ \Omega\times(0,T),\\

We analyze cisplatin–DNA adducts (CDAs) and double‐strand breaks (DSBs) in a cell‐cycle‐dependent manner. We find that CDAs form similarly across all cell cycle phases. DSBs arise only in S‐phase. CDAs might not directly impair DSB repair, but S‐phase DSB lesions evolve in the presence of CDAs and disrupt repair in G2, also causing radiosensitization ...

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

Nonlinear elliptic systems with variable exponents and measure data
In this paper we prove existence results for distributional solutions of nonlinear elliptic systems with a measure data. The functional setting involves Lebesgue-Sobolev spaces as well as weak Lebesgue (Marcinkiewicz) spaces with variable exponents W01,p(

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐

On Variable Exponent Amalgam Spaces
Abstract We derive some of the basic properties of weighted variable exponent Lebesgue spaces Lp(.)w (ℝn) and investigate embeddings of these spaces under some conditions. Also a new family of Wiener amalgam spaces W(Lp(.)w ;Lqv) is defined, where the local component is a weighted variable exponent Lebesgue space Lp(.)w (ℝn) and the global component is

Nuclear pore links Fob1‐dependent rDNA damage relocation to lifespan control
Damaged rDNA accumulates at a specific perinuclear interface that couples nucleolar escape with nuclear envelope association. Nuclear pores at this site help inhibit Fob1‐induced rDNA instability. This spatial organization of damage handling supports a functional link between nuclear architecture, rDNA stability, and replicative lifespan in yeast.

Existence of solutions for some nonlinear elliptic unilateral problems with measure data
In this paper we prove the existence of entropy solution to unilateral problems associated to the equations of the type: $Au-div(\phi(u))=\mu\in L^{1}(\Omega)+W^{-1,p'(x)}(\Omega)$, where $A$ is a Leray-Lions operator acted from $W_{0}^{1,p(x)}(\Omega ...
