Reaction–Diffusion and Diffusion‐Driven Fronts in Reversible Redox Autocatalytic Networks
In addition to the autocatalytic reaction–diffusion oxidation front and the diffusive reduction front, a mixed‐type diffusion‐driven reduction front develops in the presence of oxygen, exhibiting characteristics of both front types. ABSTRACT Autocatalysis plays a critical role in the self‐organization of chemical and biological systems, influencing ...

Semantic Content of Visual Consequent Stimuli Modulates Audiovisual Learning in Migraine
Adult migraine patients performed better in audiovisual acquired equivalence learning when faces with higher semantic content, rather than simple geometric shapes, served as visual outcomes. However, their performance with geometric shapes did not differ significantly from that of controls.

Trifluoromethylation‐Induced Lactonization: A Novel Transformation of Unsaturated Carboxylic Acids
Fluorinated drugs often contain trifluoromethyl groups. The increasing importance of such drugs has resulted in more and more attention toward new or improved trifluoromethylation reactions. This review discusses possible reaction mechanisms and existing methods for one such process, trifluoromethylation‐induced lactonization, a distant relative of the

Background and Purpose Adenosine as a signalling molecule modifies blood–brain barrier (BBB) tightness in pathological conditions. Our aim was to investigate the direct and polarized effects of adenosine on the BBB using co‐culture and in vivo models. Experimental Approach The expression of adenosine receptors was measured by qRT‐PCR.
