Open solar flux estimates from near-Earth measurements of the interplanetary magnetic field: comparison of the first two perihelion passes of the Ulysses spacecraft [PDF]
Results from all phases of the orbits of the Ulysses spacecraft have shown that the magnitude of the radial component of the heliospheric field is approximately independent of heliographic latitude. This result allows the use of near-Earth observations

Nano‐Topography Enhanced Topological‐Cell‐Analysis in Radiation‐Therapy
Radiotherapy, a treatment that implies exposition of cells to radiation, offers promise to treat cancer. Here, it is hypothesized that the nanoscale details of a scaffold can amplify the response of cells to radiation, measured through topological variables, providing ways to assess the efficacy of Radiotherapy treatment.

Ni3S4/ZnCdS heterojunction is prepared for the efficient production of H2 and high‐selectivity value‐added chemicals from waste plastic. The catalyst exhibits high H2 production rates of 27.9 and 17.4 mmol g−1 h−1, along with selectivities of 94.2% and 78.3% in the liquid product toward pyruvate and acetate production from PLA and PET, respectively ...

A Quantitative Diffuse Reflectance Imaging (QDRI) System for Comprehensive Surveillance of the Morphological Landscape in Breast Tumor Margins. [PDF]
In an ongoing effort to address the clear clinical unmet needs surrounding breast conserving surgery (BCS), our group has developed a next-generation multiplexed optical-fiber-based tool to assess breast tumor margin status during initial surgeries ...
