Visibility Analysis of Domestic Satellites on Proposed Ground Sites for Optical Surveillance [PDF]
The objectives of this study are to analyze the satellite visibility at the randomly established ground sites, to determine the five optimal ground sites to perform the optical surveillance and tracking of domestic satellites, and to verify the ...

We detected the second historical outburst of the 1920 nova IM Nor. Accurate astrometry of the outbursting object revealed the true quiescent counterpart having a magnitude of R=17.0 mag and B=18.0 mag.

The metal-rich globular clusters of the Milky Way [PDF]
We present new (V,V-I)-photometry of the metal-rich globular clusters NGC 5927, 6316, 6342, 6441 and 6760. The clusters show differential reddening up to dE(V-I)=0.32 mag, for which the CMDs are corrected via extinction maps.

Manipulating Ferroelectric Topological Polar Structures with Twisted Light
We demonstrate dynamic control of ferroelectric order in quasi‐2D CsBiNb2O7 using twisted ultraviolet light carrying orbital angular momentum. Our approach harnesses non‐resonant multiphoton absorption and induced strain to modulate topological of ferroelectric polarization textures.

Ultrafast Laser Synthesis of Zeolites
The study presents a novel ultrafast laser‐driven synthesis technique for zeolites directly in liquid. Laser pulses create a microscopic reactor that controls reaction kinetics at femto‐ and picosecond timescales. Nonlinear light‐matter interactions drive nucleation and growth, allowing the process to be paused at any stage of self‐assembly.

This study presents a scalable approach to enhancing bulk scintillators using nanoplasmonics. By integrating 100‐nm silver nanoparticles with perovskite scintillator nanocrystals in a polymer matrix, significant improvements in light yield and decay rates via the Purcell effect are achieved.

Intensity interferometry for observation of dark objects
We analyze an intensity interferometry measurement carried out with two point-like detectors facing a distant source (e.g., a star) that may be partially occluded by an absorptive object (e.g., a planet).

Synthesis of topological semimetal TaAs2 nanowires in situ encapsulated with a thin SiO2 shell unravel a richness of intertwined topological phases manifested by their magnetotransport features: A near‐room‐temperature metal‐to‐insulator transition, strong expressions of topologically nontrivial surface transport, giant magnetoresistance with direction‐
