Fix a finite ordinal \(n\geq 3\) and let \(\alpha\) be an arbitrary ordinal. Let \(\mathsf{CA}_n\) denote the class of cylindric algebras of dimension \(n\) and \(\sf RA\) denote the class of relation algebras.

Levels and sublevels of composition algebras [PDF]
Lewis' and Leep's bounds on the level and sublevel of quaternion algebras are extended to the class of composition algebras. Some simple constructions of composition algebras of known level values are given.

Elementary Lie Algebras and Lie A-Algebras. [PDF]
A finite-dimensional Lie algebra L over a field F is called elementary if each of its subalgebras has trivial Frattini ideal; it is an A-algebra if every nilpotent subalgebra is abelian. The present paper is primarily concerned with the classification of

Solvable complemented Lie algebras. [PDF]
In this paper a characterisation is given of solvable complemented Lie algebras. They decompose as a direct sum of abelian subalgebras and their ideals relate nicely to this decomposition.

On nilpotent filiform Lie algebras of dimension eight
The aim of this paper is to determine both the Zariski constructible set of characteristically nilpotent filiform Lie algebras g of dimension 8 and that of the set of nilpotent filiform Lie algebras whose group of automorphisms consists of unipotent ...

The Subpower Membership Problem for Finite Algebras with Cube Terms [PDF]
The subalgebra membership problem is the problem of deciding if a given element belongs to an algebra given by a set of generators. This is one of the best established computational problems in algebra.

Some results on pseudo MV-algebras with n-roots
The paper provides a study of pseudo MV-algebras with $n$-roots. We outline their main properties and establish that the class of MV-algebras with $n$-roots forms a variety.

Dually quasi-De Morgan Stone semi-Heyting algebras II. Regularity [PDF]
This paper is the second of a two part series. In this Part, we prove, using the description of simples obtained in Part I, that the variety $mathbf{RDQDStSH_1}$ of regular dually quasi-De Morgan Stone semi-Heyting algebras of level 1 is the join of the ...

Automated Generation of EQ-Algebras through Genetic Algorithms
This article introduces an approach to the automated generation of special algebras through genetic algorithms. These algorithms can be also used for a broader variety of applications in mathematics.

On Endomorphisms of Algebraic Varieties
Abstract Consider an endomorphism of an algebraic variety over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero that is injective on the complement of a proper closed subvariety. We prove that such an endomorphism is an automorphism, provided the morphism is quasi-finite.
