A Superlubricated Magnetically Steerable Microcatheter with Integrated Optical and Fluidic Channels
A magnetically steerable microcatheter with integrated optical and fluidic channels is developed for multifunctional navigation in tortuous anatomical environments. A surface‐grafted hydrogel coating enables low‐friction actuation. The device demonstrates stable light and fluid delivery during magnetic manipulation, offering a compact platform for ...

Studying The Effects Of Microvascular Transplantation On Tissue In A Limb Ischemia Model [PDF]
Vascular occlusion-induced ischemia can occur in any part of the body, causing oxygen deprivation and microvascular dysfunction, which restricts blood flow to muscles, tissues, and organs.

Intelligent Micro/Nanorobots for Targeted Interventional Therapy: From Bench to Clinic
Zirui Zhang et al. reviewed the application and challenges of mobile nanomachines in interventional therapy. By converting exogenous energy, including chemical, magnetic, optical, and ultrasonic sources, into mechanical forces, micro/nanorobots (MNRs) enable precise actuation at unprecedented scales. Evolving far beyond traditional drug delivery, these

A multimodal intravital imaging platform enables longitudinal tracking of human cortical organoids transplanted into chronic stroke lesions. By combining surgical microscopy, MRI, bioluminescence imaging, and two‐photon fluorescence microscopy, the platform captures graft placement, viability dynamics, and cellular‐scale morphology in vivo, offering a ...

An immunomodulatory hydrogel (iGEL) forms spontaneously upon subcutaneous injection, acting as a tissue‐adhesive depot. It releases anti‐rejection and regenerative agents in response to inflammation, suppressing T‐cell activity, promoting vascular repair, and restoring allograft function without systemic immunosuppression.

Intimal Hyperplasia in Vascular Grafts
Introduction reduce the development of IH. Also, the influence of haemodynamic forces like flow and shear stress on The first report of anastomotic intimal thickening after the development of IH has been investigated. High as well as low shear stress has been indicated as a caustransplantation of a vein into the arterial circulation was over 90 years ...

This work establishes a novel method for generating multicellular liver organoids from control and MASH donor iPSCs. The model recapitulates several disease‐specific characteristics, with MASH donor‐derived organoids showing higher susceptibility. Lipidomic profiling of MASH organoids closely resembles MASH liver biopsies.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) show promise for treating immune‐related disorders through immunomodulation and tissue regeneration. This review gives a brief overview of current clinical approval of MSC therapies. It also discussed how bioengineering, including genetic modification, biomaterial delivery, extracellular vesicles, and iPSC‐derived MSCs,
