PolyG Fibrils Coalesce Into Nuclear Ribbons That Engage Proteostasis Machinery in Neuronal Intranuclear Inclusion Disease

In NIID, expanded NOTCH2NLC repeats give rise to nuclear polyG inclusions. Tracer‐guided in situ cryo‐electron tomography enables cross‐scale structural analysis from mouse brain to native neuronal nuclei, revealing dense‐core/peripheral‐halo inclusions built from compact polyG ribbons.

A rigid‑flexible integrated CO depot is engineered by embedding rigid COFQDs into a flexible ECM gel network. The rigid framework enables high‑capacity CO storage and sonodynamic bacterial killing, while the flexible ECM gel controls sustained CO release, collectively eradicating multidrug‑resistant infection and promoting scarless healing.

In this work, we design an ultrasound‐activated piezoelectric hydrogel platform (AOEF@AP5+US) that reprograms neurogenesis‐macrophage crosstalk as an integrated strategy to overcome the intertwined barriers of chronic inflammation, peripheral neuropathy, and impaired regeneration in diabetic wounds.

Immediate Growth Control in Response to Boiling Histotripsy is Prognostic for Intratumoral Immune Activation

The patency of the retinal vasculature to erythrocytes in retinal vascular disease.

This paper presents the first evidence that in retinas with experimentally induced vascular disease some vessels contain only plasma. This was demonstrated by a histologic technique developed specifically to test the hypothesis that at some stage in retinal vascular disease, vessel patency to erythrocytes is lost before vessels close to plasma.
