Case Report: Late simultaneous metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma to the ampulla and breast

We present the case of a 67-year-old female who developed simultaneous metastases to the ampulla of Vater and the breast. Her medical history is significant for a radical nephrectomy performed twenty-one years prior for renal cell carcinoma (RCC).

Bound Water as a Reinforcing Element for Ultra‐Strong Polyacrylamide

Rather than acting as a conventional plasticizer, bound water serves as a reinforcing element in polyacrylamide by constructing strong PAM–water–PAM hydrogen‐bond networks. This water‐mediated architecture delivers ultra‐high mechanical strength and exceptional flame resistance, redefining the role of water in polymer reinforcement.
