Current status on pair-produced muon-philic vectorlike leptons in multilepton channels at the LHC
In this work, we obtain the current limits on the pair production of vectorlike leptons decaying to a Standard Model gauge boson and a lepton in the second generation using the Run-2 data at the LHC.

The two scales of new physics in Higgs couplings
Higgs coupling deviations from Standard Model predictions contain information about two scales of Nature: that of new physics responsible for the deviation, and the scale where new bosons must appear. The two can coincide, but they do not have to.

Pseudoscalar portal dark matter and new signatures of vector-like fermions [PDF]
Fermionic dark matter interacting with the Standard Model sector through a pseudoscalar portal could evade the direct detection constraints while preserving a WIMP miracle. We study the LHC constraints on the pseudoscalar production in simplified models with the pseudoscalar either dominantly coupled to b quarks or tau leptons and explore their ...

Integrating out new fermions at one loop
We present the fermionic universal one-loop effective action obtained by integrating out heavy vector-like fermions at one loop using functional techniques. Even though previous approaches are able to handle integrating out heavy fermions with non-chiral

Vector-like fermion and standard Higgs production at hadron colliders [PDF]
Vector-like fermions are characterized by large neutral current decay rates, in particular into Higgs bosons. If they exist, their clear signals at hadron colliders open a window to Higgs detection, especially to the intermediate Higgs mass region. We discuss in some detail rates and signatures for simple cases. Research supported in part by the US DOE

Partial compositeness under precision scrutiny
We revisit the impact of top partial compositeness on electroweak precision observables in the misaligned vacuum basis. We identify a new source for S in the singlet mixing case, and for S-T in the bi-doublet mixing, stemming from misalignment in the ...

W boson mass anomaly and grand unification
It is known that the recently reported shift of the W boson mass can be easily explained by an SU(2)L triplet Higgs boson with a zero hypercharge if it obtains a vacuum expectation value (VEV) of O(1) GeV.

Modelling vector-like quarks in partial compositeness framework
Composite Higgs models, together with partial compositeness, predict the existence of new scalars and vector-like quarks (partners) at and above the TeV scale.

On the implications of positive W mass shift
We investigate the phenomenological implications of the recent W mass measurement by the CDF collaboration, which exhibits tension with the standard model (SM) electroweak fit.
