Efficient Gaussian Simulations of Fermionic Open Quantum Systems
Building upon Bravyi's fundamental theoretical framework, efficient classical simulation methods are reviewed and further developed for general fermionic Gaussian processes. The emphasis remains on a unified approach applicable to generic fermionic Gaussian operations.

Fermion Virtual Effects in $e^+ e^- -> W^+ W^-$ Cross Section
We analyse the contribution of new heavy virtual fermions to the $e^+e^- \rightarrow W^+W^-$ cross section. We find that there exists a relevant interplay between trilinear and bilinear oblique corrections.

The elucidation of the nature of new phenomena requires a multi-pronged approach to understand the essential physics that underlies it. As an example, we study the simplified model containing a new scalar singlet accompanied by vector-like quarks, as ...

Helically Magnetized Plasma: From Photonic Fermi‐Arc Metal to Chirality‐Free Uniaxial Medium
A helically modulated magnetic field in magnetized plasma realizes a photonic Fermi‐arc metal, enabling full analytical tracking of Weyl node evolution. As modulation strengthens, opposing‐chirality Fermi arcs hybridize and recombine, yielding a chirality‐free uniaxial optical medium without conventional node annihilation.

Optimal lattice domain-wall fermions with finite Ns
I review the lattice formulations of vector-like gauge theories (e.g. QCD) with domain-wall fermions, and discuss how to optimize the chiral symmetry for any finite N_s (in the fifth dimension), as well as to eliminate its dependence on a_5.Comment: 7 ...

The relativistic problem of spin- fermions subject to vector hyperbolic (kink-like) potential tanh (kx) is investigated by using the parametric Nikiforov-Uvarov method.

Flavor invariants for the SM with one singlet vector-like quark
We study the flavor invariants of the SM augmented by one singlet vector-like quark. Aided by the Hilbert series, we construct all the basic invariants with which any flavor invariant can be written as a polynomial.

Anomaly free Froggatt-Nielsen models of flavor
We introduce two anomaly free versions of Froggatt-Nielsen (FN) models, based on either G FN = U(1)3 or G FN = U(1) horizontal symmetries, that generate the SM quark and lepton flavor structures.

Fermion Condensate as Higgs substitute [PDF]
A dynamical symmetry breaking model of electroweak interactions is investigated based on strongly interacting fermions. Vector-like fermions of different representations of the weak SU(2) form a symmetry breaking condensate and generate the lepton and ...

Dirac Leptogenesis with a Non-anomalous $U(1)^{\prime}$ Family Symmetry
We propose a model for Dirac leptogenesis based on a non-anomalous $U(1)^{\prime}$ gauged family symmetry. The anomaly cancellation conditions are satisfied with no new chiral fermions other than the three right-handed neutrinos, giving rise to stringent
