CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing and phenotypic exploration in nontuberculous mycobacteria. In this Research Protocol, we describe approaches to control, monitor, and quantitatively assess CRISPRI‐mediated gene silencing in M. smegmatis and M. abscessus model organisms.

Internal functionals and bundle duals
If π:E→X is a bundle of Banach spaces, X compact Hausdorff, a fibered space π*:E*→X can be constructed whose stalks are the duals of the stalks of the given bundle and whose sections can be identified with the functionals studied by Seda in [1] and [2]

Heterotic line bundle models on elliptically fibered Calabi-Yau three-folds
We analyze heterotic line bundle models on elliptically fibered Calabi-Yau three-folds over weak Fano bases. In order to facilitate Wilson line breaking to the standard model group, we focus on elliptically fibered three-folds with a second section and a

NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.

The Lie Algebra of Smooth Sections of a T-bundle
In this article, we generalize the concept of the Lie algebra of vector fields to the set of smooth sections of a T-bundle which is by definition a canonical generalization of the concept of a tangent bundle.

dUTPases are involved in balancing the appropriate nucleotide pools. We showed that dUTPase is essential for normal development in zebrafish. The different zebrafish genomes contain several single‐nucleotide variations (SNPs) of the dut gene. One of the dUTPase variants displayed drastically lower protein stability and catalytic efficiency as compared ...

The group of vertical diffeomorphisms of a principal bundle forms the action Lie groupoid associated to the bundle. The former is generated by the group of maps with value in the structure group, which is also the group of bisections of the groupoid. The
