Antibiotic Remodeling of the Gut Microbiota Impairs Host Resistance to Secondary Infection

open access: yesiMetaMed, EarlyView.
Gut microbial dynamics induced by four antibiotics, revealed distinct taxonomic and functional shifts. Vancomycin‐perturbed bacteriomes were proven to promote pathogen resistance to antibiotic treatment.
